WOMEN'S ARCTIC ADVENTURE RETREAT

Check into your cabin, renovated traditional fishermans cabins, and get situated with the space. The retreats starts at 3 pm. Meet your soul sisters and dive right into the Opening Circle + a workshop by PRSNT.  After we enjoy a yummy private pinner. We also prove a quick gear check to whom may want an extra eye on their set up. You want to make sure you get a good nights sleep because this week is action packed and we start early the next morning.

Right after breakfast we will do an avalanche safety training workshop with Northern alpine guides. Then we head out on our first adventure. Get ready to explore Lofoten's finest terrain. Transportation will happen in shared vans to the location of the day. Pack lunch at breakfast and make sure to read up on the packing list as well to be well prepared. Maybe you feel nervous for your first day in the mountains? Don't worry, we will be supported with safety and local knowledge by professional guiding service, Northern Alpine Guides. After the tour we head back to the lodge and enjoy waffle hour, sauna, meditation and yoga. 

Day two exploring the Lofoten mountains. Northern Alpine Guides will choose the location - based on safety, weather and snow conditions and off course to get you the best snow and rides of your life. After the tour we head back to the lodge and enjoy waffle hour, sauna, meditation and yoga

Arctic surfing, a sauna session, and cozy lunch at Lofoten Surf Senter. "Frost", the owner of the surf senter and legendary surfboard shaper, is a five star character - he will tell you the story of how he was the first one to discover that you can surf in this remote location.

In order to keep an active lifestyle and momentum forward we all need to rejuvenate and find a healthy balance. That's why we make sure to combine yin and yang activities at our retreats. This day moves at a slower pace - so you can focus on giving back to your body after it has been taking you on all those epic outside adventures. Create space to go within, reflect, retrospect and listen to the silence. Between each thought there is so much peace.

Get ready for another day in the mountains. By now you should be getting more connected, comfortable and familiar with your gear, your guides, the mountains and your fellow soul sisters. Pack lunch from the beautiful breakfast buffet and   bring good vibes. And make sure to ENJOY the ride down. But don't forget that you want to stay alert, present and focused. Because the mountain does not forgive. The morning Breathwork session will help sharpen your mind, and allow you to tune more in and be where your feet and body is. After the tour we head back to the lodge and enjoy waffle hour, sauna, meditation and yoga.

Our last day of touring. Some might have sore legs by now. Make sure to hydrate properly each evening and through the day. Join yoga, meditation and Breathwork sessions to stay on top of your game.

We have created this very special (sober) meditative dance experience for you to connect with your body and soul. This deeper connection to self through movement will create an even stronger (unspoken) bond to your fellow soul sisters. Prepare to dance like nobody is watching. Wear something comfortable and layers that you can take off is not a bad idea. After the dance we gather for our last (but not least memorable) gratitude dinner. We share experiences from the week (MAGICAL MOMENTS) and enjoy the beautiful buffet and space of Lofoten Ski Lodge

Everything eventually comes to an end. And even though we don't love saying good bye, we do appreciate the emotions, highs and lows that comes with a retreat like this. Make sure you pack up early enough to catch your ride/ flight home without stressing. We would love for you to bring home with you all the "ness"  feelings; grounded-ness, peaceful-ness and present-ness.
